Step #1
Water Immersion:
A water bath set up according to the following parameters would meet all 3 of the OEM test specifications listed above.
A water bath of sufficient size to allow 10mm min between samples, having a water quality of a maximum of 5ppm, and a temperature of 38°C, with an aeration of ¼” bubble per second. Transfer time to the freezer is “immediate”.
Step #2
Freezer:
A freezer set up according to the following parameters would meet all 3 of the OEM test specifications listed above.
A freezer maintained at -29°C. Transfer time into the steam blast within 30 seconds.

Steam blast:
A steam generating machine set up according to the following parameters would meet all 3 of the OEM test specifications listed above.
